Production line general introduction and technical characteristics
This equipment consists of pre-treatment, electrophoresis, curing drying tunnel, catenary system, electrical control system, etc.
1.Pre-processing and post-processing.
Pre-treatment adopts environmentally friendly process suitable for silane.
The pre-treatment adopts a full-spray process, which can effectively form a film. The shed and the liquid storage tank are all made of stainless steel; the spray side plate is a double-layer plate. To ensure no leakage, insulation cotton is added between the two layers of the heating section, and the outer plate is a plug-in type. This structure has the functions of beautiful appearance, noise reduction and saving.
The spraying pipeline adopts main stainless steel pipe and branch pipe PP pipe, and the quick connection is connected with the main pipe, and no live joint is used, which can be easily disassembled and maintained;
The side wall of the spray storage tank is made of double-layer stainless steel, and it is covered with rock wool board for thermal insulation. The cover structure of the spray heating tank mouth adopts a water seal mechanism to prevent steam from overflowing from the tank cover.
The top of the spraying shed body in the heating section adopts an air extraction mechanism, equipped with an exhaust pipe and an exhaust fan, and the remaining sections are sealed with a brush bar, which solves the phenomenon of steam overflow.
For the convenience of maintenance, A3 overall maintenance platform is provided.
The water washing tank adopts a countercurrent complementary method to save water resources; pure water equipment is equipped with a concentrated liquid water tank and a water pump, pumped to water washing 1, to fully utilize water resources.
The spray pump uses a submerged pump.
All connection lines are easy to remove and maintain.
Electrophoresis is equipped with electrophoretic auxiliary equipment: rectifier power and conductive devices, ultrafiltration system, anode system, main circulation system, and transfer tank system.
2.1 Rectified power supply and conductive device
The rectified power supply uses a single voltage. The conductive device adopts double-ear double-contact + steel bar, which is charged into the groove. A conductive hanger is arranged in the primary hanger, and a conductive copper bar is arranged in the electrophoresis tank.
2.2 Ultrafiltration system
It adopts roll-type ultrafiltration membrane and is imported. In order to save the power of the main circulating water pump, the ultrafiltration water pump participates in the circulation and is controlled separately. And equipped with filters.
2.3 Heat exchange system
Plate heat exchanger is used for heat exchange. Equipped with chiller and heating function.
2.4 Transfer tank system.
In order to facilitate the electrophoresis cleaning, an electrophoresis transfer tank is provided, and a stirring system is arranged in the tank. The transfer (electrophoretic stirring) and ultrafiltration pumps are Shanghai Ruichi double shaft sealed water pumps.
2.5 anode system
The anode uses a tubular anode system. Equipped with a total flow meter and ammeter.
In electrophoresis post-processing, countercurrent complementary method is adopted.
3.Introduction of conveying method
The catenary is QXT200 / 30KG. It adopts double driving and double tensioning, and adopts inverter control. Equipped with C-type hanger and oil receiving plate, reducing the pollution to the workpiece and suitable for the production of product technology
4.Introduction to the drying tunnel
The drying tunnel is set on the overall platform, and below is the fire passage and auxiliary equipment for electrophoresis
The side panel of the drying tunnel adopts a male-female plug-in structure. Use full bridge. save energy. The inner plate of the drying tunnel adopts δ0.8 galvanized steel plate. Outer plate uses δ0.8 color steel plate
Drying tunnel natural gas indirect heat exchange heating.
Exhaust duct and air curtain in drying tunnel
The heating chamber is provided with an inspection door, and it is the cold air inlet for cooling.
A vent is provided at the top of the drying tunnel.
5.Introduction of electronic control system
The electronic control system adopts the principle of centralized control and decentralized setting;
PLC + touch screen operation;
All relevant parts are provided with interlocks;
The liquid storage tank is provided with a liquid level gauge, and the low liquid level is interlocked with the pump and alarmed.
