Tumble Shot Blasting Machine

Longterm tumble shot blasting machine

This series of equipment is suitable for surface rust removal or shot blasting of various types and large and medium batches of work pieces. The work pieces must be castings and heat-treated parts with a unit weight of less than 25kg that are not afraid of collision.

Application

This machine integrates domestic and foreign technologies. It is a cleaning equipment with good cleaning effect, compact structure, low noise, and high efficiency. It is used for surface rust removal or shot blasting in large and medium-sized batch production. It has the following characteristics:

1. It adopts cantilever centrifugal shot blasting machine, which has the characteristics of long service life and simple structure;

2. It adopts three kinds of projectile speeds of 75 m/s, 80 m/s, and 85 m/s.

3. The pulley adopts the internationally advanced quick-change structure, which is conducive to improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity.

4. It adopts BE type separator, which has good separation effect and high productivity, and has a positive effect on improving the life of blades;

5. It adopts bag dust collector, and the dust emission concentration is lower than the national standard, which improves the working environment of workers;

6. This model has added some special mechanisms such as manual shot gate and discharge door.

7. This model of crawler shot blasting machine can be used as a single machine or wired.

Structure and Principle

This machine is a small cleaning equipment, mainly composed of a cleaning chamber, a shot blaster assembly, an elevator, a separator, an electrical system and other parts.

Working principle: Add a specified number of workpieces to the cleaning chamber. After the machine is started, the high-speed projectiles thrown by the shot blaster form a stream of projectiles, which evenly hit the surface of the workpiece, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning and strengthening. The projectiles and sand particles thrown flow into the elevator and are lifted by the elevator to the separator for separation. The dust is sucked into the dust collector by the fan for filtration, and the clean air is discharged into the atmosphere. The dust on the bag falls into the dust box at the bottom of the dust collector through mechanical vibration. Users can remove it regularly, and the waste sand flows out from the waste pipe and can be reused by users. The shot-sand mixture is recovered into the chamber body by the reuse pipe and reused after separation by the separator. The clean projectiles enter the shot blaster through the electromagnetic shot gate to hit the workpiece.
