In the roller conveyor shot blasting machine, during the cleaning process, the electrically controlled adjustable speed conveying roller conveyor sends the steel structure or steel into the ejection area in the cleaning machine chamber. All sides of the steel structure or steel are hit and rubbed by strong and dense projectiles from different coordinates, so that the oxide scale, rust layer and other dirt on it fall off quickly, and the surface of the steel obtains a smooth surface with a certain roughness.
The workpieces are loaded and unloaded on the roller conveyors on both sides of the cleaning chamber. The projectiles and rust dust that fall on the steel are blown away by the blowing device, and the scattered ball dust mixture is transported to the chamber funnel by the recovery screw, and the longitudinal and transverse screw conveyors are collected at the bottom of the elevator, and then lifted to the separator at the top of the machine. The separated pure projectiles fall into the separator hopper for shot blasting recycling. Dust is generated during shot blasting and sent to the dust removal system by the exhaust pipe. The clean air after purification is discharged into the atmosphere, and the granular dust is captured and collected.
